Resident Relations

Osprey Management helps property owners maintain smooth operations in their manufactured housing community by keeping the proper balance between tenant and management relations. We assume responsibility for all tenant interaction in conjunction with the on-site manager. We work with the on-site manager to enforce community rules and serve eviction notices and warnings, including 3/60 day notices, 14-day notices, and 7-day notices.

Our resident relations services include the following managerial duties:

  • Screen all new applicants
  • Enforce rules and regulations
  • Serve legal notices
  • Initiate and supervise eviction from start to finish
